SunnySideUp Mental Health was founded by Tricia Kye.

A registered nurse with over 25 years of experience in behavioral health,

crisis intervention, case management, and patient advocacy.

 

Her clinical background spans forensic and civil psychiatric care, utilization review, occupational health, and mental health crisis services across multiple healthcare systems in the United States.

​

She completed advanced training through a Fellowship at Duke University in Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) and continues to collaborate with Duke Health as a Triage Nurse, providing clinical assessment, patient triage, and care coordination in support of Primary Care and Oncology services.

Through SunnyBridge, Tricia brings her decades of clinical experience to provide structured support and guidance designed to help individuals stay grounded, supported, and connected.
